Founder and Principal Consultant
After fifteen years in the nonprofit sector, Kerri Drumm founded Purpose Aligned Consulting in 2014. She has experience on three continents, in two languages and on literally thousands of mission-driven projects and programs. From such diverse roles as Training Manager, Director of Volunteer Activities, Grant Writer, Director of Program Development, Board Member, Counselor and Professor, Kerri has learned what makes nonprofits tick. Today she brings her unique combination of skills to Purpose Aligned Consulting, where she partners with leaders to build 'on purpose' organizations.

For over fifteen years, Veronica has served youth in a variety of settings, from after-school programming, case management and counseling, to now supporting teachers and administrators in applying equitable practices in the classroom. She has supported youth and adults through social-emotional development and developed programs to implement more inclusive and equitable policies and practices.
In addition to her work with Purpose Aligned Consulting, she works for Denver Public Schools where she supports teachers and staff in Equity and Culturally Responsive Teaching practices to address the achievement gap in our public education. She holds an MSW from CSU in addition to certificates in Non-profit Administration and Social-Emotional Character Development.
